Leafwind sat in her den. She could see very little far away. She loathed how she couldn't see if cats were coming and going. She actually has to close her eyes and focus with her nose and ears to find any cats coming or going. To actually tell what is going on around the camp. Yes, she was good at this. She just wishes she could still see as good as any other cat. It was quite irritating not to see in all those different textures and colors. It was just one big blur. She actually had to step as close as possible to see the little tiny dust particles. When she was a warrior every cat told her she was losing her sight to fast. That she was to young to be losing it. She shrugged them off and fought it the best she could. She was able to raise kittens and fight in many battles before her sight consumed her warriorness.
Well she could still defend her clan. Just no cat would let her stay as a warrior. Apparently she walked into to many small rocks and the wrong directions. Which irritated her to most. Suddenly a few fleas bit her and she tried to scratch them. Not at all reaching the area. Frustrated she turned to her mate. Wanting to say something to that giant fur ball. Nothing came out. Instead she just tried to itch again. When an unlucky apprentice walked up. "Would you scratch this spot right here."
[/color] She said it as a simple statement. Well maybe more fo a command then anything. it was their jobs. The young apprentice seemingly took a step back. She could hear his paws shuffling on the sand. Then suddenly the furry blur got bigger as he came to scratch the area her tail pointed to. She instantly relaxed. Then got tense and asked for him to do it harder. Which the command was followed easily. She suddenly felt the need to tell a story. One that would probably annoy the apprentice. "You know.. When I was a young apprentice. Such as yourself.. I used to be in a battle constantly. More then they have now. For you see the Riverclanners had serious issues back then. Well more then now."[/color][/blockquote][/size]

"This Riverclan warrior. Oh he was the fastest Windclanner to ever lived. He would stand on that battlefield with Riverclan and take them down one by one. They all flee from his speed. He was gre-"
[/b] She was cut off as a tom came in and greeted her. She could smell his scent and figured out it was her son before he even greeted her as his Mom. "Oh yes. I haven't even gotten to the good part yet." Her son spoke describing her. She twitched her tail in a littl defiance. "Oh please son. Only Medicine cats carry wisdom. We carry strength and courage."[/color] She paused a moment listened to her son's breathing. As each moment passed he grew impatient. The apprentice started fidgeting and was obviously getting board. "Kindlefur if your going to stay sit down. If not go else were. I feel like your staring at the apprentice like a hawk ready to strike."[/color] She said it with a joking voice but there was an edge to it. Something just wasn't quite right.[/blockquote][/size]

OOC // Falconpaw will be your apprentice. He's really rude. [atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,false][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true] | [atrb=background,http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff417/makey337/falconpawmid.png]
Falconpaw rolled his eyes as he scratched the old wretch's back. Suddenly she had this cray idea to start telling him some idotic story about how she got go in more battles than he did. What a lazy old show-off, he thought. Probably can't even see me. Falconpaw glared up at the brown warrior above him. Yeah, Falconpaw said in a mocking tone, I'm real lucky. I'm so excited to grow up and be all old and wise like she is. Falconpaw glowered at the ground as he waited the old rat to begin her story again. Mudpaw and Robinpaw were lucky enough to go on a patrol and fetch herbs to get out of helping the elders, butFalconpaw wasn't too eager about doing anything at the time. So when only one job was left, I think you could guess which lucky apprentice got to do it. And now Falconpaw was bored, tired, and angry. Today was certainly ... very lucky.
