(figured that even though we don't have a lot of characters, we should still have a Gathering.) [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,450,true] | [atrb=background,http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff417/makey337/fallentablemid.png]
Fallenstar stalked into the clearing head down, eyes and ears swerving in unison to pick up details from others' conversations. The yellow-green pupils flicked from cat to cat as he entered the clearing, leading Riverclan into yet another Gathering. Not many cats were here tonight, but the full moon said nothing as he gazed up for answers. This was the same as usual. What's the point of going to gatherings, he thought absentmindedly, if we have broken the code so many times that StarClan itself seems to have passed on.
Ignoring his impudent thoughts, Fallenstar made his way to the Great Oak, where he hopped from branch to branch until he reached the highest branch that gravity would allow. He liked to look down on everyone, including the other leaders. In silent pleading, he looked up to the moon once more, hoping that they would just send a sign. He didn't care whether the Great Oak fell or the moon clouded over. He just wanted to know that they were still there. Fallenstar quickly put his head down to make sure the other clans didn't see him. He didn't want to appear as the weak one who still believes in a long forgotten religion. Returning to reality, Fallenstar hunche over on his shoulders and glared into the clearing menacingly.

Birdsong, Medicine Cat of ThunderClan Birdsong walked into the clearing, as cheerful as she was when visiting her first Gathering. She watched with a smile as the other clans assembled before her. However, he thoughts were clouded with the haunting foreboding that StarClan would once again be silent. They have been silent so long that she had never actually spoken to them. It was quite sad, really, since she was a fully fledged medicine cat and all. "Hello Fallenstar!" Birdsong mewed jubilantly as she spied the lonely looking leader glowering down on the clearing. "How's RiverClan?" Birdsong knew that sharing news with RiverClan was most important, considering they lived on the other side of the lake and was often out of range with ThunderClan. She sat down and politely wrapped her tail around her paws as she looked up to the leader. EDIT: OOC: Love my new post header! Thanks CheshireCat!

Darkclaws entered the clearing, his icy blue eyes looking at the cats already there. Thunderclan and Riverclan were already here. His eyes glanced over the others briefly. Hm... Hopefully there would be exciting news to share. He disliked the social part of gatherings, but listening to the news wasn't so bad. Observing the warriors of other clans often told as much as listening did. He took a seat, settling down comfortable a distance away from where the leaders usually were. He enjoyed being in the back.
Now, the only clan left was Shadowclan. His old clan...he desired to know how they were doing. He did have some cats who he felt fondly of, despite his lack of a social and friendly personality. His tail flicked a bit impatiently. He would like the gathering to officially start as soon as possible. He always felt anxious in crowds of cats. He licked a sleek paw absentmindedly, becoming lost in thought.

Stunning blue eyes flickered in the dusk as they watched the moon gently floating in the sky. The clouds showed no sign of cradeling it in their fluffy arms. The she-cat sighed, turning to face the other cats at the gathering. She stood below the leaders that were there, looking out into the mass of cats.
All of them had stopped believing, most likely. She had started to stop trusting StarClan, too. It pained her to admit it, but it was a bit obvious that StarClan was either taking their sweet time answering the cats that lived below them or they just didn't exist anymore. Poof. Gone.
The RiverClan deputy gritted her teeth briefly, but then went to speak to the other cats before the gathering started. She flicked her tail at her leader, Fallenstar, to show that she was leaving. With a nod of her head, Lightswallow weaved through the other cats. She accidently bumped into one of the medicine cats. "Sorry," she mumbled at the Thunderclanner. "Didn't mean to." Her eyes slitting, daring the cat to say anything about it to her.
The tabby heard a noise to the left and hissed in annoyance. Two rowdy apprentices were chasing each other. Obviously their first gathering. Lightswallow came up behind them and growled a warning, "Stop it. A few ThunderClan cats should have more sense than that." She wasn't in a very good mood, and she knew it was wrong to take it out on some exited kittens, but she couldn't help herself.
A bigger ThunderClan cat gave her a low growl and brought itself up to her. Lightswallow could tell it was the mother of one of the two, but she wasn't going to stick around to find out! She glared at the other she-cat until they shook their head and turned, then scampered off.
Lightswallow managed to step on another cat. One whose name she could not remember. Darkfall? Doomclaw? Something like that. This time, she was ready to lash out.

Darkclaws was just minding his own business and licking a paw absentmindedly. He was lost in thought, but still half observing what was going on around him. He listened and heard a bit of noise disrupting his calm. He turned his head to see the Riverclan deputy causing this annoyance. Now, her clumsy self stepped on him. He growled at her, slitting his eyes.
"A deputy shouldn't be clumsily stepping on cats and causing trouble like a kit," he rudely remarked. He sniffed the air. That was definitely the odor of a Riverclan cat- typically fishy and rather unpleasant to his nose. He stared at her with his hostile ice blue eyes. Regardless of her high rank, he was not one to offer respect to cats who did not deserve it for their behavior. She has already bothered a few cats, she obviously was a bit mousebrained.
Darkclaws was unfriendly by default, but he especially despised cats who went out of their way to be irritating. Indicated by the way she acted to the other cats she managed to annoy on her way here, she probably was being a pain on purpose. Silly Riverclan cats, he thought to himself. Frolicking with the little fishes and possessing vapid personalities.
He smiled the sort of blatantly fake smile that did not quite reach the eyes. "You should be more careful." His tone was mocking, as if she was an apprentice in need of advice and not a fully grown cat.

(remember!! 200+ words and posting order!! btws, I'm just going to pass over the nonexisting leaders) [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,450,true] | [atrb=background,http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff417/makey337/fallentablemid.png]
Fallenstar whipped his head around at the sound of a she-cat's voice. "Ah," he called down from his seat, obviously relieved to know who it was, "Hello, Birdsong. RiverClan's doing fine. It's been better though."
A slight nod from his deputy let him know of her dismissal, but he kept an eye on her nontheless. However, when he noticed her reckless actions, Fallenstar glared at his deputy from his perch, disappointed at her behavior. He wanted her to notice his glance and improve significantly, but he could only hope. Fallenstar froze as she trodded on the WindClanner's tail. He couldn't quite remember his name, but he was known to be quite fierce. He also knew that he did not want a fight to break out at this Gathering.
Fallenstar looked down on the other leaders as they filed into position on the branches. Fallenstar yowled at the top of his lungs, trying to catch everyone's attention. It appeared that it did. Glad to see that everything was in order, he began his speech. "Well, then I guess we'd better start. RiverClan is doing well. Other than a few battle deaths, our clan is still as strong as ever. Two litters have been born, and we have three new apprentices here this evening." He pauses, gesturing to the young cats seated by their kin. "That is all" Then Fallenstar focuses intently on the other leaders as they speak of their clans.

238 words[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,492,true] | [atrb=background,http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff417/makey337/ivysplashmid.png]
Ivysplash practically stumbled into the clearing, fully knowing that she was most likely the last cat to arrive. She managed to slip in just as the RiverClan leader, Fallenstar, finished his report. Ivysplash took care to step over everyone's tails, but she almost tripped as she noticed an extremely handsome tom from another clan. The black cat didn't appear to have noticed her, so she moved on, slightly disappointed. Ivysplash soon settled down relatively in the middle of the sea of cats.
Noticing the red-brown she-cat next to her, she decided to make small talk, as the report part of the Gatherings was so overrated. "Hey there! The name's Ivysplash," she mewed cheerfully as she introduced herself. "I'm from ShadowClan. How about you?" Ivysplash hoped that the cat wasn't that big on StarClan for interrupting a Gathering. If she was a medicine cat, Ivysplash might be in some serious trouble, unless the she-cat had lost faith in their ancestors like many before her. Lost in thought, Ivysplash's sight drifted back to the handsome tom. He looked like he belonged to ThunderClan, but he smelled like wind and the open moors. Having this trivial information, Ivysplash assumed he was from WindClan.

(OOC: Rosewing didn't come to the Gathering. She was accepted too late) Birdsong, Medicine Cat of ThunderClan Birdsong just sitting, doing nothing in particular, when a ginger she-cat bumped into her. As the RiverClanner murmured her apologies, Birdsong just smiled. "It's okay," she mewed cheerfully, choosing to ignore the she-cat's hostile glare. "No one was hurt." However, she soon silenced herself as the Gathering began. Fallenstar had just finished his speech when a pretty young calico she-cat plopped herself down beside her. Birdsong whipped her head around at the sound of her voice, her eyes stern and hard. "Shhhh!" She hissed quietly as the WindClan leader began his speech. It was rude of the she-cat to act like the other clans were nothing. "The leader is speaking! You should pay attention!" However, the leader soon finished, leaving Birdsong a chance to speak again. "Sorry, but you should really respect your elders more. You can learn more from them by listening. Birdsong soon remembered the young cat's questions, and, knowing it was also rude to evade queries, quickly answered. "Oh, I'm Birdsong, medicine cat of ThunderClan. Nice to meet you!" However, her words seemed to be lost to the pretty cat as she stared at a tom from WindClan. Birdsong sighed, and returned her focus to the leaders because ThunderClan was beginning its speech. 206 words

Darkclaws listened to the leaders report attentively, but being the observant cat he was, he listened to the conversations around him. Perhaps that could be deemed as rude, but he could not turn his hearing off at will. Due to the start of the gathering, he would not be able to hear a response from the deputy he spoke rather rudely to. How unfortunate for him. His ears flicked as voices caught his attention. He turned his head slightly, enough to see. There were two she-cats speaking. One was trying to start a conversation, while the other responded with a bit of a chiding tone. He then returned the rest of his attention back to whichever leader was speaking. Ah... Thunderclan.
He was mainly concerned about Shadowclan, his old home. He wondered if any of them noticed his disappearance...first, his brother left the clan for a she-cat. Then his brother died and Darkclaws posed as him in Windclan. He sighed, musing over the issue. Unlike his brother, he was always unfriendly and unpleasant to cats. He was never close to any of them, not enough to be memorable. The only cat that mattered, right now, was Rosewing. Not because he loved her...but because his brother did. She did not come to the gathering, so he did not have to watch out for her. Hmm... he left the clan quite a while ago. Enough time to feel like a Windclan cat... many moons ago, it seemed. His gaze traveled to the young, calico she-cat. She was definitely Shadowclan, but judging by her appearance, too young to have remembered him. Darkclaws blinked his ice blue eyes and tried to regain focus on the gathering.

Sharpstar, Thunderclan Leader. A tall brown light tom took his place the limb next to the farthest one up. He didn't really associate with any cat. He believed observation was the best result of future battles. He already had difficulty in the past moons. He didn't like how everything seemingly go down hill sense his a month after his leadership. It seemed Windclan and Shadowclan leaders had something against him. Which was probably just paranoia of his past. Though it didn't help the small skirmishes turned to deadly battles. What was happening? There hadn't been a single sign from Starclan. It seemed everything was out of control. During those calm moments next to his love he wondered. Was he the cause? The past leader may have known his deed and forgiven him. Though did that truly mean his Father and Starclan forgiven him?
He noticed a cat tripping over every other cat. He knew it was the Riverclan deputy. He looked toward Fallenstar wondering what the leader thought of his deputy. Sharpstar looked at her closely and wondered what was behind that deputy's tripping. He wondered if it was a way to make her appear weak. He bet she would be really good against a foe that didn't expect her to be tough.
Soon the meeting began and Sharpstar gave his speech followed by the three other leaders. His interest in the Riverclan deputy made him pay great attention to the Riverclan leader words. He thought of the two litters and thought of his own litter. How proud he was of them. With the gathering leader's saying all they wanted. Sharpstar figured he could close the meeting and prepare to leave. The sign-less stars made him a little uneasy. It was a reminder of how bad things gotten and no sign to improve their hopes. He was oddly amazed no battles broke out this night. Maybe there should have. There might have been a sign. "Is that everything?"
[/color] He asked the other leaders. Being he had gone first and somewhat had the privileged to close the meeting.[/blockquote][/size]
