The dark tabby crept silently through the undergrowth, intent on his mission. There was nothing else in the world but him and his prey. The rabbit, nibbling contentedly on fresh young grass on the other side of the stream. Sure, it was technically on Windclan territory, but not that far. it easily could have come from Thunderclan land. Sure, it was across the stream, but he was strong enough to make the jump across. The rabbit was fat and slow-moving, easy prey for the thunderclanner brave enough to cross the border to capture it.
As suddenly as a lightening strike, the dark tabby flashed out of the undergrowth, launching himself across the stream with lightening speed. However, for all the preperation and accuacy, the tom had miscalculated his jump, and landed awkwardly. Landing on his chin, instead of on his paws. He looked up sadly to see the cottontail of the rabbit disappear. Hissing his frustration, he sat up. That would have been a great rabbit to feed the clan!

Robinpaw was a lone again. She always seemed to break the rules and forget little warrior code stuff like "Do not go into the territory without a mentor" or something like that. She's done it plenty of times and just simply forgot the rule. She hasn't been caught pulling this little trick off yet. She walked closer and closer to Thunderclan's border. She really wasn't paying attention. She focused on the landscape around her. She felt her heart soar at the sight of a random butterfly crossing from Thunderclan woods. She didn't get why Windclan got so few. She stalked the butterfly wanting to take it down. She tried to practice her Windclna hunting skills.. But it just didn't seem right. She would always trip or not be fast enough. It burned her ears. She knew it was because she used to be a loner.
When she started hearing the running water of the stream that marked the border she suddenly flashed form daydream of chasing the butterfly to the stream near by. She still didn't understand the difference between each clan. Just the territories seem the biggest to her. She noticed a flash of fur and watched as it slammed to the ground. "Hey! You hunt like me!"
she shouted while laughing on the inside. She drew closer not even catching the scent of the tom. Blame the fact she used to be a loner. She still doesn't recognize scents. [/blockquote] //Sorry lame.//

Fellpaw stood, shaking the dust out of his pelt. Thank Starclan nno one was around to see his clumsy landing! He'd have to practice more. Then again, maybe not. His ears swiviled and he turned his head to catch sight of another cat qapproaching him. He immediately began to formulate a battle plan. Not very complex, as he was just newly made an apprentice, but the she-cat approaching didn't seem to be anything more than an apprentice, either. Definately not a seasoned warrior, to be welcoming an enemy warrior with open paws.
A wash of her scent confirmed that this was a Windclan cat, not some random loner unwittingly tresspassing. "Then you must not be a very good hunter," He said, eyeing the she-cat warily. He had no idea how she would react to an enemy cat in her territory. Would she call her mentor, or a patrol? Only time would tell.

She watched as the tom watched her. She didn't notice what he was thinking or that he was calculating. She just tried to put on her happy optimistic face on. She knew very well how to act optimistic. Though deep down she thoughts of all the horrible outcomes. A patrol coming in and finding out she snuck out of camp. Her mind flashed with the ancestors of the clans sending out bolts of electricity down upon her. She thought of war suddenly breaking out over her and this young rogue tom. Her mind even flashed to her Mother's abusive beatings. She quickly whipped all these thoughts with a simple smile.
"Me? Not a very good hunter... Well.. I can't seem to learn how to run fast."
she paused as her memory flashed. She thought of all her slip ups. The bunnies being much faster then her. The little trips and falls. Her face made funny formations with each little accident and fall. her body grew tense only to relax and grow tense again. "Ouch... That one still hurts.." she said out loud thinking of another screw up. "I'm not very fast. Every Windclanner, including my two brothers, can outrun me.. I slip and miss every time. Stupid loner history. I wish I was born in Windclan." She sighed and looked down at her paws. She let her optimistic mask slipping away, only to replaced with her sadness and insecurity. She quickly realized this and instantly recovered. She perked her head up and smile largely, like nothing is wrong. "So, are you another clanner? Or just a wondering nonclanner? Personally, I have no idea on whether I'm on Thunderclan territory or Windclan territory.. Clancats all smell the same to me. Dirt." she smelled the air to double check. Yep. Dirt. Well she probably smelled like trash or rotten rats. It wouldn't surprise her at all. [/blockquote]

The dark tabby coldly considered the windclan she-cat, wondering why she was openly conversing with a cat of another clan. Then again, it may not be all that much of a mystery. After all, she had just admitted to a loner history, and an inability to tell the difference between clan's scent. Maybe, like himself, she was new to the world of the Clan Cats.
"I am of Thunderclan," He meowed solemnly, deciding not to mention that he himself was of loner heiritage. Such things where not to shared with another clan. Still, he listened quietly to her mutterings, hoping to glean something of use to use against Windclan. He'd be a hero for such information!
Still, as the air-headded apprentice jabered on, her troubles reminded him too much of Banepaw, his own blind sister. This awakened the softness inside him. He walked over, examining her with a warrior's eye. She seemed like him, built not for running, but stalking. "I could teach you to hunt like a Thunderclanner," He offered, knowing it was wrong, against the warrior code. Still, it would help both him, the she-cat, and Windclan. It surely wouldn't hurt?

The tom seemed to be observing her. She didn't catch this of course. She was too busy trying to imagine the tom catching a rabbit. If he could do it.. Would she? Then the tom spoke of four words. "I am of Thunderclan" everything froze in that moment. She may have just admitted she had no idea where the border was.. But hey now it was real. She really was crossing the border. "Oh! I am so-sorry... I-I... Eeer umm.. I eer umm..." Then before she could turn and run back to camp he offered to train her. She just paused all thoughts lost. She thought of all her explanations of how bad she was. This tom here was offering to train her.. Would it help? She always did slip up.. Would that prove herself? "I-I... Really?"
she asked truly confused. Weren't Thunderclanners suppose to eat you? Why was this one so nice.. He actually looked kind of cute standing there sounding so sincere and strong. [/blockquote] //Wow.. I just realized.. If they were to ever mate and have to pick a clan.. It'll be Robinpaw who would betray her clan.//
